Hungry Shark World coming to PS4, Xbox One and Switch July 17

The hit mobile title heads to consoles, ditches microtransactions

Ubisoft has announced, via Game Informer, that hit mobile title Hungry Shark World is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch and the wait won’t be long.

Available July 17 (yes, tomorrow!), Hungry Shark World will set you back just $9.99. According to Game Informer, the game was previously free-to-play, but its console version will have a set price and ditch microtransactions.

The game allows players to control 20 sharks that can consume fish, cause chaos and eat lots and lots of people.
